Former NASA, retired early stay active. Work out with trainer 4 times/week, hour lifting then hour cardio, keep bodyfat low while adding some muscle, but routines primarily for strength not bulk. Best strength routine is for legs - best so far hex deadlifts at 350 lbs. Bodyfat around 13%. Love workouts being playful tests of strength massage travel outdoors wine cuddling exploration and discovery. Prefer developing new friendships, taking time to get to know each other, hoping one develops into a long term relationship. Not into hookups or casual sex.
